The Georgia Leupold-Marshall Endowed Music Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students at Portland State University. You must be a music major, participate in at least one large ensemble, enroll in applied music lessons and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award.
