Description
The Pastel Society of the West Coast Scholarship is available to graduating high school students and to freshman, sophomore, and junior-level undergraduate students who will continue their study of art through academic studies. You must demonstrate skill in art by submitting slides or photographs of your work in any subject matter, any medium, preferably pastel. You must also complete an application form, submit three letters of recommendation, and a personal statement to be considered for this award.
