The Jane Betsey Welling Endowed Memorial Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students at Wayne State University who have established a record in art education through at least one semester of study at the art education program at WSU. To be considered for this award, you must demonstrate evidence of an outstanding record in art courses, excellent potential as an art teacher and evidence of financial need.
