Description
The Vickers / Raup Scholarship is open to women studying for a career other than the ordained ministry. To be eligible for this award, you must be a U.S. citizen, a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, at least 21 years old, and have experienced at least a two-year interruption in education since the completion of high school. You must be preparing for service abroad, either in general, or in health professions associated with ELCA projects abroad.
