The Her Campus Media HR and Recruitment Remote Internship is available to students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. To be considered for this role, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be able to handle sensitive information discreetly. As an intern, you will assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events and will provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. You will also conduct research on HR best practices, contribute ideas for improving HR processes, and support training and development initiatives by coordinating logistics and materials.
