The NASA Orion Simulation Development Remote Internship is available to undergraduate students and graduate students who are majoring in computer science, information science and related fields. To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a U.S. citizen. Preference will be given to applicants who are studying game design and programming/simulation development/interactive media development, are familiar with 3D and vector mathematics, have experience working in 3D development, and are proficient in C# and Unity engine. As an intern, you will help develop software that simulates commanding the Orion spacecraft during docking maneuvers. You will work on tasks such as adding configurable camera models to existing simulation software, developing new UI systems, and porting the simulation to browsers. This internship is offered on a fully-remote basis.
