The DOJ Pathways - Bureau of Prisons Education Internship is available to students who are U.S. citizens, at least 16 years of age, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and have completed at least two years of undergraduate or graduate study. As an intern, you will observe and assist the supervising education staff in organizing files, researching vendors/partnerships/reentry service providers/programs, compiling reports for further evaluations, developing graphs/tables of statistical data, making calls and collecting data, assembling training materials, assisting with staff visits, and e-mailing general information.
