The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum Legal Internship is available to law students interested in supporting the arts and museum fields. As an intern, you will assist with legal matters for the museum, including the areas of nonprofit governance, exhibition and collection related work, development, employment, intellectual property, tax, and litigation. Departmental responsibilities include advising on the structure of initiatives, drafting and negotiating agreements, evaluating and drafting policies, overseeing litigation matters, and performing legal research.
