Description
The FEMA Administrative and Office Support Internship-Remote is available to students within Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, and Minnesota who are at least 16 years of age. To be considered for this internship, you must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be enrolled at least part-time at an accredited academic institution. As an intern, you will gain experience in working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region 5 Program with division directors and their staff. Duties may include: external affairs/media relations, grant funding, mission support/training, mitigation/flood insurance, national preparedness/analytics, recovery, and response/organizational management.
