Speed Art Museum Cinema Internship

The Speed Art Museum Cinema Internship is open to college students who are majoring in humanities, film, communications, or English. To be considered for this internship, you should possess strong writing and proofreading skills and have basic computer proficiency. Knowledge of the local community is helpful. As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to further your research skills by assisting the curator of film in compiling information related to upcoming and perspective screenings at the museum and will assist with film projection and exhibition. You will also receive experience synthesizing that information to share with audiences and museum departments who support the activities of the cinema and will learn how to work with community organizations, academic departments, and community leaders in an equitable fashion. This internship is offered in Louisville, KY.
