The LEAH STEM Teaching Internship is available to BIPOC public school students in grades 10-12 in the Greater Boston area with an interest in STEM. You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for this program. As an intern, you will teach STEM curricula to elementary school students and receive intensive training on classroom behavioral management, lesson planning, professionalism, and STEM topics relevant to LEAH curriculum. You will gain exposure to STEM career options, meet high school students from across the Boston area, provide support to afterschool programs while serving as a role model to younger students, and receive support in the college process.
