The Microsoft MBA Human Resources Rotational (HR2P) Internship-Summer is available to graduate students pursuing an MBA or Master's of HR degree. You must have three-five years of professional work experience to be considered for this internship. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong leadership skills, be able to effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels of the organization, be able to tie HR work to business outcomes and have a passion for Microsoft, technology, and HR. As a Marketing Intern, you will focus on one of the following areas: HR business partner, compensation and benefits, HR services, talent acquisition, learning & development, people analytics, diversity & inclusion, or program management. This internship may be completed remotely. Average monthly compensation for a Microsoft Intern is $7,300.
