Description

The Amazon AFRP Accounting Internship-Summer is available to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in accounting with an expected conferral date between December 2023 and August 2024 . You must have a strong academic record, possess excellent analytical/interpersonal/communication skills, have familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and have an understanding of basic business and accounting concepts to be eligible for this internship. Candidates who receive an offer to join the summer 2023 Accounting Intern Class will receive invitations to participate in the Amazon’s 2022 Accounting Summer Leadership Program taking place virtually on July 28th & 29th, 2022. As an intern, you will interact with various business partners that span across accounting, finance, operations, and technology organizations within Amazon, and will present the result of the project for evaluation at the end of the internship. Internships culminate with a capstone project presentation and, if Amazon extends an inclined hire decision, an offer to join Amazon’s full time Accounting Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) after completing their bachelor’s degree. This internship is located in Seattle, WA, and Arlington, VA. Average monthly compensation for an Amazon Intern is $8,000.
