Description
The Data and Research Internship is open to undergraduate students and college graduates who are residents of Kansas. You must have experience in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of ArcGIS or GIS software. Intern duties may include assisting and creating GIS data layers and maps using ArcGIS software, pulling requested reports on specific labor data, state and local rankings, and assisting with data updates for publications and assist Lead Data Analyst with projects which include locating, cleaning, and formatting data tables. Responsibilities also include data interpretation specifically pertaining to economic and labor force data. Other duties and responsibilities may be included as necessary.
