The Internship – Organizational Development is available to students in pursuit of a graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of graduate level or above. You must have minimum GPA of 3.0, an official transcript may be required upon request, and preferred majors include: I-O psychology, organizational development, market research, human resources, psychology, business to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will support on-site survey administration set up and activities and summarizes reports in a language suitable for delivery of confidential information to executives, identifying key themes that are an opportunity for improvement for various departments.
