The Ticket Operations Intern is must be a current college student (undergraduate or graduate). You must have the ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends and comfortable interacting with all levels within organization as well as outside contacts to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will be entering data and customer information into the ticketing system.
