The Virtual Student Internship Program - Spring 2021 is open to students with a concentration in communications, public relations, marketing, digital marketing, Journalism or similar field of study. You must demonstrate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment, Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides), be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently in a virtual environment and strong communication skills in order to be considered for this internship. Intern duties may include assisting in research on upcoming trends, articles & social media relating to the PR industry & clients, assisting with reporting and gathering information to develop efficient pitches, assisting with writing press materials such as fact sheets, media lists, press releases, newsletters, bios/backgrounders, providing administrative assistance with media and influencer relations and other duties as needed.
