The Human Resources Intern is available to recent college graduate or current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, business administration, or related field. You must have strong organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and critical thinking skills to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will provide general administrative support to our three-person HR department, handle confidential and non-routine information, assist with benefits administration, maintain data, process new employee paperwork, maintain filing of employee personnel documents, and track onboarding and offboarding checklists.
