Development Intern to the Founder/President

The Development Intern to the Founder/President is available to college juniors, seniors and graduate students who are majoring in any liberal arts field, economics or finance. Internship duties may include working alongside our President on Finance, People, Development, Experience and Real Estate , developing learning and development content and research for international expansion, recruitment coordination, learning the ropes, helping to develop our recruitment processes, and eventually own and hire for key roles at MOIC, performing general office support, including day-to-day administrative tasks and work-related errands, planning and schedule meetings, and organizing internal staff events. You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality, and to protect key company data, be comfortable taking direction and changing gears quickly, have strong organizational and communication skills and be available at least three full days a week in New York City in order to be considered for this internship.
