The Intellectual Property Law Clerk Intern is available to students currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited university. You must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and minimum of one (1) year of law school completed to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will assist with patent preparation and global patent prosecution.
