Description

The Summer Intern - Pharmacovigilance-Epidemiology is available to minimum 2nd year students working to complete one or any combination of the following degrees: B.S. computer science,computer programming, software programming or computer engineering with at least one course (3 credits) in statistics, B.S. nursing or pharm. D. with at least two courses (6 credits) in statistics and/or at least two courses (6 credits) in any computer science-related fields, and/or minimum 3rd year student working to complete B.S. statistics (Master’s level is welcome as well). You must have intermediate to advanced writing skills with the ability to distill information from complex data sources to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will write business requirements documents for drug safety risk monitoring and evaluation tools and applications (most of them Oracle-based) being developed or enhanced for PV.
