The Charles S. Holman Jr. Rose and Flower Garden Internship is available to students with a background in horticulture or a related field. Intern duties may include rose care, planting and fertilizing, pruning, assisting in propagation, transplanting trees, identifying and removing weeds, general maintenance and other duties as necessary. You must have good communication skills, be able to work independently and be able to lift at least 25 pounds to be considered for this internship.
