MLB Enterprise Products Internship-PAID

Description

The MLB Enterprise Products Internship is available to junior-level undergraduate students and above. To be considered for this internship, you should have professional experience or coursework in customer service, business technology, psychology, or project management. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent communication skills. As an intern, you will gain invaluable work experience through challenging project assignments, information sessions hosted by MLB senior management, and various additional events organized by the Human Resources department. Specifically, you will conduct user testing, coordinate product discovery sessions, ideate with design on solutions, gather product requirements, and translate your requirements into tickets for engineering teams. You will also participate in daily team meetings, solicit and share feedback on work in progress. This internship is offered in New York, NY, over the summer.
