Description
The National Security Agency Gifted and Talented Language Program is available to high school seniors who are proficient in Chinese or Russian and plan to pursue language studies after graduation. You must be a U.S. citizen and have scored at least 1200 on the SAT or 25 on the ACT to be eligible for this program.
