Description

Chicago Historical Society offers an Educational Programs and Planning Internship to undergraduate and graduate students interested in pursuing careers in museum practice, archival or arts administration, or historical scholarship. You must be able to commit to working 15 to 35 hours per week for a duration of at least 2 months. Interns work with CHS staff in a tutorial agreement and gain valuable skills and training in creating youth outreach programs, developing curriculum materials and gallery guides, and researching and coordinating special events and public programs. Students of color are encouraged to apply. Academic credit may be available.
