The Dorothy A. Romans Highland High School Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at the University of Northern Colorado. You must be graduating from Highland High School in Ault, Colorado, and meet at least one of the following criteria: be the valedictorian/ salutatorian of your class, graduate in the top 10 percent of your class, or have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
