Illinois Veteran Grant Program

Description

The Illinois Veteran Grant Program is available to individuals who have served at least one full-time year of U.S. Armed Forces service or served in a foreign country during hostile times, have completed their initial active duty commitment, and have received an honorable discharge. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must have resided in Illinois within six months before entering the service, and returned to Illinois within 6 months after your discharge. You must also be enrolled at an Illinois public two- or four-year college for either undergraduate or graduate studies.
