The Joseph W. and Rose V. Belak Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time students who are attending Virginia Tech as electrical engineering majors. You must be a Virginia resident, preferably from the city of Waynesboro or the county of Augusta. Selection is based on academic merit and financial need. Candidates are selected from students who have submitted a standard College of Engineering scholarship application form.
