The Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellowship is open to students who are committed to social justice and demonstrate leadership qualities and skills. You must have your bachelor's degree and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. To be considered for this award, you must also be flexible and have the ability to adjust to new situations, be creative and have initiative in problem solving, and have the willingness to learn from experts in the field. Your application must include your resume, personal statement, answers to two short essay questions and two letters of recommendation.
