Description
The Oregon Promise Grant is available to high school seniors, students graduating from a homeschool program, and to students who have completed their GED. To be considered for this award, you must have been a resident of Oregon for at least one year prior to applying, enroll at a community college within Oregon, and have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
