True Potential Scholarship

Description

The True Potential Scholarship is open to immigrants residing in Nebraska and Council Bluffs, Iowa. You must be working towards a four-year degree by completing a transfer program at a community college and then going to any state college in Nebraska, be working towards obtaining a technical degree from a Community College or be learning a second language or enrolling in any class at a Community College that would help you reach your True Potential in order to be considered for this award. You must also submit a brief personal statement (250 to 500 words).
