Description
The Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students who are living in the Northern Virginia area. You must have been accpeted and enrolled at an accredited college or university, 2-year community college, or vocational institution, have a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and submit a 500 word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
