The Robert P. Stearns/SCS Engineers Scholarship is available to a child, step- child, or grandchild of a member in good standing of the Keystone Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America. To be considered for this award, you must be a resident of Pennsylvania and a graduate-level student who is pursuing a degree in environmental science, engineering, or other suitable major related to the field of solid waste management.
