Description
The Jared L. Brown Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are survivors of gun violence or have lost an immediate family member to gun violence, including suicide by gun. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and submit an essay on one of the following topics: "How have the effects of gin violence impacted your life?" "Does the increased number of guns lead to more violence?" or "Why does the United States need stricter gun legislation?"
