The Food Science Innovation Challenge is open to have completed at least one year of a food science, nutrition, culinary or engineering related program at an accredited technical college or four-year university. You must submit a proposal for a food product innovation or solving an industry problem based on the use of Citri-Fi 125 in order to be considered for this award.
