The Texas Elks State Association Four-Year Scholarship is available to students graduating from Texas high schools. You must be planning to attend a junior college, college or university in the state of Texas and intending to pursue a bachelor's degree in order to be considered for this award. Selection is also based on financial need, leadership, extracurricular activities and strength of character.
