Description
The Detective LaVern S. Brann Scholarship is available to current and former graduates of Battle Creek area high schools. You must be seeking educational opportunities in the Kellogg Community College Police Academy and demonstrate potential to succeed in the police academy program to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students considered a minority by representation in the police officer profession.
