Description
The Dr. Herman Thomas Scholarship is available to minority juniors attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. You must be majoring in education, completed the University Transition Opportunity Program (UTOP), have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. In addition, you must be an active leader on campus and in the community.
