      Entry Level Sales Assistant Position with MAJOR Growth Opportunity

      Due to the growing need for healthcare professionals as well as the current COVID-19 crisis, AB Staffing is seeking to hire multiple entry level Sourcing Specialists to help us fill urgent open healthcare positions. We seek driven, motivated, outgoing customer service reps who are interested in making an impact in the healthcare field. Your primary responsibilities will focus on working with our internal recruiters on finding resumes on the internet, building our database, and making entry level calls to healthcare providers.

      Opportunity to be Promoted to a Highly Compensated Recruiter Position!!

      To qualify, you must have at least one (1) year of customer service or sales positions. We are looking for the best of the best! On an average day, you will be responsible for making 35-40 calls to potential candidates as well as adding up to 200 resumes to our database.

      As a Healthcare Sourcer, your daily responsibilities will include:

      Developing recruitment strategies to locate, screen, and help recruiters hire qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, cold-calling and referrals.
      Build and maintain relationships with recruiter to gain knowledge around the positions they are trying to fill.
      Screen and interview qualified candidates on behalf of recruiters.
      Upload hundreds of resumes weekly to build out the database.
