      The 2nd Ave Store Associate - Back Room role is key to the everyday success within the store. As a Store Associate - Back Room team member, you will be behind the scenes of the retail industry, ensuring production runs seamlessly and efficiently. Productions is the heart of each of our retail locations. If things are not running well behind the scenes in the back room, the entire operation will suffer.

      What You Would Do:

      Enjoy a fast paced, time efficient work environment

      Support loading dock and soft production areas in the retail store

      Help unload and document trucks; starting, porting, baling, & recycling

      Sort incoming products/stock from your assigned skid

      Distribution of all softline and hardline stock (clothes, housewares, toys, etc) to the appropriate team member to be sorted, hung, and priced for the retail sales floor

      What You Would Need to Succeed:

      At least 18 years of age

      Ability to read, write & comprehend English

      Ability to stand for long periods of time

      Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs, repeatedly

      Previous experience within retail or warehouse operations preferred but not required

      A desire to grow and promote within a growing retail company
