The Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Pulaski Technical College. You must be a graduating senior from an Arkansas high school, demonstrate financial need and academic achievement on the ACT, pre-collegiate or tech-prep curricula to be eligible for this award.
