• Description

  The Celia Koontz Findlay Scholarship in Elementary Education is open to continuing students at the University of Toledo, College of Education. You must be majoring in elementary and/or early childhood education, be a U.S. citizen, and demonstrate financial need. You must also have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be involved in extracurricular and community service activities to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who have past or current involvement in church-related activities.
