Description
The Ed Rossi Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Martin County and South Fork high schools. You must rank in the top third of your class and be entering a field in marine sciences (i.e., oceanography, marine biology, fishery management, seamanship, boat building, etc.) to qualify for this award.
