Description
The James Elmer and Laura Dreier Newton Scholarship is open to students accepted to the Professional Teacher Education Program (PTEP) at the University of Northern Colorado. You must be from Northeastern Colorado, including the counties of: Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, and Weld and areas north of Highway 34 in Washington and Yuma counties. Applicants from the cities of Longmont and Mead will also be considered.
