Description
The Dakota Corps Scholarship is available to students who are graduating or have graduated from an accredited South Dakota high school and will be or are currently attending an institution of secondary education in South Dakota. You must intend to work in one of the following critical need occupations in South Dakota upon completing your degree: teaching K- 12 music, special education, foreign languages, high school math, or science; or working as as a licensed practical nurse, registered nurse, or in another allied health care field. You must have a minimum 2.8 GPA and be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this award. Entering freshmen must also have at least a 24 ACT score to qualify.
