The Dorrance Scholarship is available to high school seniors in Arizona and Hawaii. You must be a first - generation college student and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. Selection will be based on demonstrated high motivation, determination to succeed, and potential leadership. Extracurricular and community involvement will also be considered.
