Description

The Stephanie Ann Roper First Year Scholarship is open to students at Frostburg State University. You must be a bachelor of fine arts degree candidate, have a high school art GPA of at least 3.0, and demonstrate a commitment to art based upon participation in an art program, contest, exhibition or similar activity as administered by the Department ofVisual Arts or its successor in support of art studies at Frostburg State University to be eligible for this award.
