The Rise to the Challenge Scholarship is available to Vermont high school students who have completed or are currently enrolled in the Introduction to College Studies course. You must not have taken any other college courses and have limited financial resources to be eligible for this award. This scholarship provides tuition for one Community College of Vermont course.
