Description
The Prairie County Single Parent Scholarship is available to residents of Prairie County who are the single heads of households with sole custody of children under the age of 18. You must be pursuing an undergraduate, career-oriented course of study. In addition, you must be a high school graduate (or equivalent), eligible for a Pell Grant, and a low-income person to be considered for this award. Applicants who have already received an undergraduate degree will not qualify, with the exception of those pursuing a Masters of Arts in Teaching.
