Description
The Phillips County Single Parent Scholarship is available to residents of Phillips County who are the single heads of households and pursuing an undergraduate course of study. You must be a high school graduate (or GED recipient), a full-time student with a minimum 2.5 GPA, and the recipient of a Pell Grant to be eligible for this award. Three letters of recommendation and a statement of your goals are also required.
